Can I make a special request on my order?
Yes, but within reason. I can take requests regarding paint jobs and other types of finishing to a certain extent. However, depending on the level of modification, it may cost extra. Just contact me with any questions and I'll let you know.

Why does it take so long to receive my order?
As stated in the About section, I do all of this by myself. That means I have to handle every order from beginning to end. Since I treat every mask with the same care and attention to detail, orders may take longer if I have many of them to fill at one time.

Can I return my mask for a refund?
As stated in the About section, I do not refund orders. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so we can discuss a way to make sure you are satisfied. Some options include replacing the mask with the same one, or credit towards future orders.

You said my mask would arrive in 6-8 weeks but it took longer. Why ?
Again, I am one person and I handle every single aspect of the maskmaking process myself. That includes answering customer emails and shipping as well. I give my customers approximate shipping times and work to try and ship their orders within that time. However, the volume of orders I receive can vary greatly depending on what time of year it is so it's possible you may have to wait longer. If that is the case, I will try and let you know otherwise you can contact me if your wait has been longer than 6-8 weeks. Please remember that in order to receive the best quality masks possible, it takes time. Though it may seem like a long time to wait for a mask, I do my very best to ensure that everything I produce is of the utmost quality.
